Amazon.com's Most Popular Gifts: Computers

Amazon calls its top-level category "Computers & Add-Ons," but it is obvious that this gift guide is really about Computer Systems. I guess I will have to come up with a "most popular" list of my own for Computer Add-Ons.

The standard advice about buying computers is to get the most computer you can afford. Honestly, the average user has no need of the "horsepower" found in the average computer today. Think "small is beautiful." Unless you have a specific need for advanced features (You know who you are!) the lower end of the systems featured here should be just fine.

Amazon's "most gifted" Gourmet Foods are heavy on gift basket assortments, which leads to having more brands than items. I wouldn't have thought to look for some of these items under Gourmet Foods rather than Groceries, but I suppose some of the nostalgic candies are at least "afficianado" items!
